The French House
Our Community Center
Deep River Mission recently acquired and developed the beautiful property adjacent to its mission house grounds. The remains of a structure were finished off to become our charming and functional French House. The grounds surrounding the house include a spacious field that can be used for soccer or other group games, a volleyball court and one of Cap Hatien's only basketball courts. The community center has become quite a gem to the local kids in our neighborhood. It is the site of our "Nancy Club" which meets on Friday afternoons and provides a range of fun activities for the neighborhood children.
Our French House is the perfect venue for sports mission groups, medical clinics, Vacation Bible School activities or English classes.
